USA Select team adds Stiemsma and Thomas

Props to Stiemsma for this. Not a star in college, played overseas, played in the NBDL. Now he's playing on the Celtics and snagged a roster spot on the USA Select Team to train against the Olympic roster.

They played for the team sent to the Pan am games. Have international and team USA experience. Makes lots of sense really and they had a deal to add a couple of those guys.

The Select Team's job is to literally prep the Olympic Team's players. They're gonna scrimmage the ever-loving hell out of them and try as hard as possible to pound them into the kind of shape you need to be in to represent the USA in front of the world on a basketball court.
