Weird add by taking Shamet. Thought for sure Philly would try to get out of the pick to save $$$ for a max slot.

Yeah, not sure why they picked him. I think they are building towards a Kawhi trade so maybe they feel like he's a usable asset in that deal.

What if the Warriors just decided to sit their stars and get the 8th seed every year. They'd be getting a top 20 pick and the playoffs would get easier when they knock off the 1 seed in the first round.

Allen posted a lane agility time of 10.31 seconds. According to ESPN draft analyst Jonathon Givony, thats the fifth-best mark in NBA Combine database history, dating back to 2000.
