Rondo's side gets assists and steals, LeBron's side gets points, threes, and blocks, assuming boards and %'s are relatively similar (after adjusting for volume). Thing is, LeBron's assists are prob going to rise or at least remain, while Rondo's are bound to fall at least a little, so its favored for you if you're the one landing LeBron.

My guess is this would be vetoed. If the other team desperately needed a PG (like, they didnt even have someone to put in that position in their lineup) I'd be ok with the deal. I'm not one to veto many trades unless one side is clearly losing in every category, and that's not the case here, but the guy getting Rondo is buying so incredibly high and selling LeBron at a career low prob since his rookie year. You're going to have a hard time getting it through your league is my guess.

Yes, that trade has a better chance of getting accepted and going through

You can make the argument that Rondo for Lebron straight up is fair considering how dominant Rondo is in two categories. Most people wouldn't argue it that way though. Adding Ibaka makes it better and shouldn't be vetoable at all.

I'd grab Calderon either way though, he's got great potential at least until Bayless gets there in a month and if he plays well, he should be good to go for the majority of this season assuming he avoids injury

great move, but i wouldnt give up ibaka considering your team, maybe someone with less blocks, considering it might be your biggest weakness.
