lol. The new NIKO, except like a passive aggressive kinda NIKO, so you gonna follow all Lin news from now on since he is no longer a rockets. And jab at him and his fans whenever you can?

Its crazy Lin can cause strange emotions from fans and haters alike. He is truly a anomaly in the nba and a sour thumb.

Lakers have a shitty bench that's why they're sitting Lin and Randle.

Lin should start. Randle should come off the bench with Nash; it gives him more touches whilst still playing with a great vet, assuming Nash can even play.

Lin = No defense but Nash has none either

Swaggy p has no defense as well

kobe should be at the 2 he cant gaurd the 3's in the NBA especially now

Boozer at center -_- u need someone to gaurd the rim and boozer isnt doing this

Julius Randle is a ? since hes a rookie

i would rather put Jordan Hill at the starting Center position and let Boozer and Randle fight for starting PF

Wesley Johnson is yals best perimeter defender, prolly better to start him at SF next to Kobe to bring Nick young scoring off the bench

This is gonna be a rough year boys.

At least, Kobe is gonna score a bunch of points, which will be fun to watch.

Good idea! the Lakers shouldn't be trying to win games.

Don't go that far... 5 years? Just in 2011 he played 75 games (33 mpg) putting up 15/11 on .600 TS%

Jordan Hill's a nice role playing power forward, but Lakers ain't winning jack shit if Jordan Hill's starting at center. Hill's much better at his natural position.

Lin's defensive rating was right up there with Beverley's, his D is underrated as ****.

Defense is not Lin's problem. His problem is that he is too inconsistent on offense, and very turnover prone. One of the shittiest ball handlers in the NBA today.

It's basically just Byron showing respect to Nash. But, once things get going, you'll see Lin move into the starting spot or Lin getting the bulk of the minutes/closing out games.

Nash's offense isn't nearly good enough to offset his lack of D for long stretches anymore.
    THIS.

But....Nash may retire b4 the season starts. Yet he needs all the child support $ he can get so... until Nashs' back goes out again he will start. Nash will get injured thus Lin will start.
