According to the red above Wilson is unjustified in shooting at a fleeing suspect.

He had just robbed a convenience store and then attempted to assault an officer and pry a deadly weapon from him.

You dont think he posed a threat to others if he had evaded detainment?

We have an ISH poster who is law enforcement and here's what he said about the law in Texas
To be clear about the imminent danger to yourself or another, there has to be a legitimate articulable threat to an actual person(not abstract society) at least that's the way Ive been taught my whole time in this line of work(approx 7 years) .....

B]if the hypothetical situation is that a subject has assaulted an officer but is attempting to run away and there is not a third party in immediate danger(and again this has to be an actual tangible person, not an abstract figure somewhere in the future) then no, you would not be justified in shooting that person in Texas[/B].
You have not specified "a legitimate articulable threat" of 'immenient danger" (Texas) or threat of life or serious physical injury unless "arrested without delay" (Missouri).

There's no reason Officer Wilson couldn't have continued pursuit, called in backup, arrested him later at his house, etc. There's no justification for the shots Wilson fired as Brown ran away.

Apparently, the fix is in is the only reason he won't be

    Restart the bullshit.

Yet, nothing was said about Kelly Thomas. Nor is anything said about Ezel Ford. Actual police murder cases. Wonder why?

He told investigators that as they drove late Friday night, the victim waved a gun, jokingly saying the couple were ready for Ferguson, the sources said.
He ducked to get out of the way of the gun and accidentally rear-ended another car. He said the accident caused the gun to go off and she was struck by a bullet in the head, the sources said

I'll be waiting on the forensics on this one .. and her fingerprints on the gun .. although I'm guessing he could've wiped his and put her hand on it but I don't know if you can leave convincing fingerprints like that ?
