None of them were "screwed over". All of them fell and we drafted them BPA.

Dario Saric, a power forward.
Embiid, Center.
Okafor- Center/PF
Noels - Center/PF.

It's clearly that the right situation can either contribute to a rookie's growth or be deterimental to it. Kawhi got the greatest situation possible, great coach, plenty of minutes. At first he focused on defense, learning things while the aging big 3 took care of offense.

A bad situation would be Will cauly stein being drafted by the kings to play behind DMC, not getting enough minutes, the team being bad so his mistakes aren't forgiven and without proper mentorship. Deterimental to his growth imo.

Simmons will definitely play SF. As he matures he'll slide into the point-forward spot.

SF: Simmons/Covington/Grant
PF: Noel/Saric/Brand
C: Okafor/Embiid

I assume we'll see some Simmons/Okafor/Embiid lineups as Embiid gets accustomed. Spacing might be an issue but since everything is a work in progress anyway I don't see why they wouldn't at least try it.
