Honestly.. I struggled with this for quite some time but Andrew Wiggins has shown me the light. Give me goat two foot jumping ability + solid 1 foot jumping (Wiggins) over goat one foot jump and mediocre two foot jump (ala LeBron, Zach Lavine).

If LeBron had Wiggins jumping strengths he'd be averaging 20 free-throws a game and would be even more unguardable in the half-court. It's surreal the amount of success LeBron has despite his limitations. Makes you appreciate his greatness that much more.

it's faster to jump off one leg. it's the natural fluid motion when you're running. the knee of the lead leg always carries upward momentum. this is fundamentals of basketball and jumping, going back to the layup line in 3rd grade. thought everyone knew this. your coach should had corrected you every time if you were going up with two feet for layups!?!
