He's doing this after every game. The problem is that since Spanoulis is more athletic than Rose and Westbrook combined, his shoes are often actually catching fire from the incredible speed he's reaching. That's why he's cooling his ankles in the pic. It takes the temperature of his feet down to a level where he can take his shoes off without burning holes into the ground.
