Default OT: Barry Bonds

if you had the option of going to tonight's Dodgers Giants game to see if Bonds ties Hank Aaron's record, or go to tomorrow's game with hopes he beats it then (or misses tonight and ties tomorrow), which would you go to?

I hope he breaks it during this series in LA. That is one place where he definitely should get booed mercilessly. Having that moment etched in history with nothing but boos in the background would be hilarious.

I would go to neither. I wouldn't watch Barry Bonds even if he agreed to play in my backyard.

Why?You wouldn't want to watch the best player to ever play the game?

That being said, I'd like to see him do it at LA. It's like Reggie breaking Knicks fans hearts at the Garden with a historic performance, you always love seeing your worst enemy shut you up on your home field(unless it's my team). The last thing Dodgers fans would want to see is the best player in MLB history, on a division rival team, break the record at their own stadium.

In this case I actually think they'd love it for it to happen in their house. The Dodger fans would have the opportunity to shyt all over one of the biggest record breaking moments in MLB history. The record breaking HR would have to be shown on mute whenever someone wanted to positively remember it.

You're obviously clueless to Bonds and baseball in general it seems. First Bonds aint even expected to play tonight. Brad Penny is on the mound. Do you not know who that is? He's only given up 4HR's so far this year. Tomorrow Mark Hendrickson (former Sixers 2nd round pick) is due and Brett Tomko errr Tomato can is scheduled Thursday. Bonds will rest tonight and FEAST tomorrow and Thursday.

Name two hitters in the history of the game better than Bonds. Can't do it? Didn't think so.

Barry Bonds = GOAT

Just curious; how old are you?

Why do I need to name two? Hank Aaron.

Bonds > Aaron

Oh God.
