Default Sox Sign Gagne

This is big.

Bolstering the bullpen for the stretch run. Boston has without a doubt the best arms in the Majors.

Go Sox.

You need to write the Rangers a thank you note. All of you do.

What a baffling deadline............

Very few teams did anything to address their weaknesses. The Braves and Red Sox made the biggest improvements. The Yankees and Indians needed bullpen help, the Angels needed another bat, and the tigers needed a stopgap until Zumaya/Rodney come back. None of those teams did anything. Also, I expected teams like the White Sox to sell off some of their veterans.
