Maybe you should make a seperate, western/eastern conference rankings thread because there is no way that Cleveland and New Jersey is better than Denver, also Memphis, New Orleans, and Milwuakee over Kobes lakers is too much, HAHa your too funny!!

Decent ratings, DoubleTech, but I would change the following things:
Make Denver higher. The Nuggets have way too much talent (and their chemistry should click) to be at No. 11.
Make Miami higher. Last season was a disaster mainly because of the constant injuries. And they still made the 5th seed! If they can remain relatively healthy this year, they should be good.
Make Washington higher. They should be good, particularly with the big 3 healthy.
Make the Lakers higher. I'm predicting a 7 seed for them when all is said and done. They're going to get someone to be Kobe's helper. The question is who and when - will it be tomorrow or in February?

Um... Houston, Phoenix (below Dallas), Golden State (terrible move by trading J-Rich), and Milwaukee.
houston is that high because they had a solid squad last year, and filled major holes at PG, SG and PF.
phoenix was on their way to the finals imo before horry hipchecked nash.
golden state traded richardson because by moving his salary, it makes hanging onto biedrins and ellis MUCH, MUCH easier... plus, reports outta GS say nelson wasn't a big richardson fan. so they get to keep ellis and biedrins when it comes to contract time, and they get a very solid prospect.
milwuakee was the most injured team in the league last season, all of their players are back and healthy.
