yeah i like mine medium also , anything a little more or a little less is ok as long as i have that tenderness and juicyness. Has anybody tasted that wagyu beef thats supposed to be the best steak ever, i know its really exspensive though ???
in the resteraunt i work in the chefs chargrill the steak on the outside then season it and put in a pan in the oven, which is on quite high probably about 240 C, then can tell by touch when its ready then lets it rest for a minute, then serves it
if when you rest a steak the blood rises to the top, its cooked perfect medium
A perfect med rare is what i usually get, i understand liking it medium though. If you're having it cooked fuller than medium you shouldn't be eating steak, just get a hamburger, you can't taste the meat when it's done like that anyway.
