I'd...damn...this is hard to say as a Laker fan who has watched Kobe do so much fro this team.
It looks so cut and dry as Lebron is in his prime, BUT how will Lebron respond to getting older or injuries? We know how Kobe has responded, but what will Lebron be like after an in jury or after age sets in? How will he alter his game to address these obstacles? I mean, Kobe is still ballin' after 50 THOUSAND minutes!

Not only do you not do it, all but that one dumb "practical" GM does it. Mitch doesn't do it, I bet you that.

It's about creating super teams. Coz all their 'franchise' players cannot carry their teams with what they already have. They always need more.

No.

Maybe Kobe for LeBron, Wade, Bosh, and Allen and I might think about it

Kobe, and Pau for LeBron, Wade, and Bosh would work...

Seriously though logically speaking you do the trade because LeBron is not only better than Kobe is right now, but he will be better than Kobe currently is for at least another few years. Anytime you can get two prime superstars on the same team you do it logically speaking.

The fan backlash would be crazy though, and that is the reason that in real life it would never happen from the Lakers end, and from the Heat end Riley would just laugh at Mitch for even calling.

I've always said, and got flamed for it, that when LeBron was a Cavalier if there was a trade that made the team better i would absolutely have done it. This was during his MVP seasons, and fans weren't very receptive to that idea.

Of course it would have been hard to improve the Cavs by trading LeBron, it would have had to be something like Chris Paul and Roy Hibbert for LeBron, which would not have happened lol.
