Default I'm all about RGIII to Dallas ... and Matt Forte

Gotta talk about my team real quick... been awhile since I've made a thread.

Always been so pissed off that this team just doesn't get a backup with
rushing capabilities.... One that will get you 50 extra yards rushing,
and the ability to scramble out the pocket to give
DEZ, Beasley, McFadden, whoever more time to get open.
Any black man with speed is better than the $hit we've been starting.

Don't have Romo next year cause of another injury? then maybe our
backup should be able to bring a different element to the game then
being same ol' white statue pocket passer. So tired of that shit.

Report: Eagles, Cowboys among teams interested in RG3
http://247sports.com/Bolt/Report-Eag...n-RG3-42174825

Anyway, if Romo can stay healthy the next two years... Then I see no reason why we aren't
Super-Bowl favorites in 2017 and 2018. I know I sound like Jerry Jones when I say that,
but I honestly feel that way as an NFL fan (not a delusional Cowboys fan).
I just don't think Romo will stay healthy a full season ever again.

team needs: DT, DB, LB, RB(#2), WR(#4), QB(#2),

get RGIII and Forte in FA, resign Hardy, and possibly trade up in the draft to get two
defensive starters for next year.

This team will not be a superbowl contender what are you smoking?

Team needs a new coach for a start.

Secondary is trash, they can't create Turnovers.

They need a new RB McFadden is okay, but he will not stay healthy next year.

If there is a chance to pick Goff or Lynch, pick them, Romo is done.

Dallas must lose the last two gams, maybe the Browns are stupid enough to win one so that Dallas gets the nr 1. Pick.

Romo is not done.... he just may have lost his durability. Some QBs have it
in their late 30's and some don't... if he has it, we are just as good as anyone
and last year proved that. We could've easily been in the Super Bowl just as
easy as Seattle. We beat Seattle last year at home.

I'll admit that that our coach did get exposed (some) this year.... and he should've been
able to get 2 or 3 more wins than he did. But that problem goes away when we
have a healthy Romo.

Unfortunately for this team... We are invested in Romo. We have to ride this wave
until he's officially done.... and it's not official yet.

McFadden is great if we can share his carries with somebody else. Obviously we can't
depend on him to carry the entire load next season. We should draft one in the mid rounds,
and sign a vet.

Even though I'm not too high on Romo's health right now... I do not want us to
draft a QB with our first pick. We are still in win-now mode, We have to go
all in the next two years assuming Romo can play 16 games.

I think the smart thing for the Cowboys to do is to draft a QB in the first or second and have him sit behind Romo for 2 seasons. Rodgers sat behind favre for years, Osweiller for 3 1/2 years behind Peyton and these guys weren't high picks(Arod was a late first rounder). Romo doesn't have much and he's always a injury waiting to happen.

I wouldn't recommend drafting a QB with their top pick for the sake of drafting one but if that player is considered to be a good prospect then go for it. If not trade down and try to get the next best thing in the second round or a late first round.

Bottom line is QB is a position of need for the Cowboys. It's clear that they are horrible offensively without Romo and their QB play this season has been nothing short of awful. If they had better QB play this year they could have won the NFC least.

This would be a nightmare.

I still like RGIII and hope he can turn his career around but I would never wish for his success in that corporate hole

Shit, I'm a niners fan and I'm for RGIII to Dallas.

RG3 really needs another chance in the league, and Cassel? Kellen Moore? What is this garbage product Dallas is putting out on the field? With the amount of primetime games they get I'd damn rather watch RG3 in uniform over some boring f*ck who can't do shit.

Skins need to make sure he doesn't sign within the division. Although burying him on the bench is not the right idea.

MeSean Jackson is still killing the Eagles within the division.

NFL Rumors: Dallas Cowboys interested on QB Johnny Manziel after RG3 signed with Cleveland?

Quote:
The Dallas Cowboys have not pulled the trigger when it comes to the 2016 NFL free agency. There’s not a big acquisition yet for Cowboys owner Jerry Jones.

2015 season was troublesome for the Cowboys especially when starting QB Tony Romo was injured. It was a season of failure as the Cowboys struggled to get a win. At some points, the fans couldn’t bear what was happening to their beloved team.

Jones understands what it takes for the Cowboys to sustain a 2016 season. The Cowboys need a backup quarterback and a third stringer that can play as a starter. In connection with this, the Cowboys are rumored to be looking after the troubled quarterback Johnny Manziel, who became a free agent since the Browns released him. Manziel brought himself off-field problems that affected his dealings with the Browns.

In the Monday Morning Quarterback, Peter King talked with Jones and injected a little Q&A time with the boss in Dallas. King questioned Jones about free agency and about Johnny Manziel.

Jones said of Manziel:

“As it would turn out, he’s had a disappointing life experience, as it would pertain to his time in the NFL. I do respect him as a player and a talent. I want to talk about any way he could help that.”

Jones added:

“The overwhelming response and overwhelming mentality is, if we’re involved in any way, would be to help and encourage him to get it together and get his issues improved. Those issues, not in my mind, talent, are why he’s free today. It’s those issues are the overriding consideration here.”

“My interpretation of how he’s responded to the challenge of fame and the challenge of professionalism, has been compromised by a far more important issue. He needs to get the human elements and skills addressed. I think where he is, speaks for itself. That just has to be addressed.”

Will there be a chance for Jones to get the service of Manziel?

This is gonna happen

We are not taking GOFF!

Morris isn't nearly as good as Forte.

Manziel isn't even as good as RGIII.

0/2 Cowboys are a waste. Basically just a corporate hole now, no pride, no character to that organization
