By the way, Rufus, you should check out Bar Harbor on your next trip. My family has a property up for weekly rental, maybe I can get you a deal!
Sounds good. I actually have a place on Casco Bay and we're gonna be there the 3rd week in August. Done a few day trips up to Bar Harbor, Acadia, etc. Beautiful up there. Great whale watching too.

I haven't been whale watching in years, but I enjoyed it a lot as a kid. Haven't spent a lot of time in the Casco Bay area, but I know a lot of people do, so I'm sure it's great. Is your place on the ocean?

I wouldn't want to live anywhere but Canada or the US. Sure I'd love to visit places around the world and stay there for weeks at a time but actually spend the majority of my life? I'll stick to North America.
If I won a $50 million lottery my home would be a fancy condo in downtown Toronto or NYC. I don't mind winter and there will always be something to do in these great cities.

Yeah it's on an island about a half mile out in the bay.
