I play at Full Tilt under the same screen name here. Look me up if you wanna play at the same table or even heads up. I dont play the big money tables, mostly just $10 or $20 sit and go tournaments.
I only use play money on Poker Stars and I don't play hold em. Everyone plays hold em like an idiot online so I found out that games like Omaha and Razz are a lot better with people who actually want to play instead of go all in 90 per cent of the time and hope no one calls.

try fulltiltpoker. They have different levels of play money that go up really high. You start with 1000 chips. I have like 120,000 play money in my account and play in the 10,000 buy in ones. People play normal at that level. Even at the 2000 level its fine.

Its different when you play real money instead of play money. In the lower limit games and small tournament buy in's, theres gonna be donkeys who only know how to do one thing by going all in with garbage, but thats what makes the game great, anyone can win. It just sucks when you pay the price for it but watching it happen is quite entertaining.
I play for cash at Bodog. I play 1/2 nl. Since April i am up over $2k. There are a lot of crazy players so i try to play fairly conservative. However there are so many bluffers who like to bluff big on the river that you are sometimes forced to make calls you don't want to make.
A lot of players will play any two suited cards so if there is a flush draw out there you basically have to assume someone has it and make them pay to play their draw. Then if the river comes and they miss i will frequently check it to them and they will try to bluff at the pot.
A lot of people overplay AK as well. They will keep betting it strongly even after they miss the flop. Sometimes it is hard to call their bets if you have a pair of 9s lets say but many times it pays off.
I used to play at Bodog for a week then it bore the hell out of me, I played live poker with Shannon Elizabeth at the Hustler Casino, almost played with JErry Buss, played with JAmie Gold before he won the 2006 WSOP, he now plays higher stake.
