Lebron can't be an all-time great shooter like Bird or Miller because he just doesn't have their shooting touch...

Other all-time great shooters like MJ or Ray Allen had touch as well, but they also had flawless form, so obviously, Lebron has no chance of reaching that level.. Jerry West (of all people) called MJ the greatest jumpshooter in the game (last sentence, 2nd paragraph):
