After thinking about this more, the Knicks pretty much stayed the same offensively and got worse defensively.
Any team with a strong offense, or even a strong defense, will mop the Knicks.
This season... Knicks will be 5th seed, make it to the second round, and lose to Miami or Boston in 5.

there is no way melo was walking away from $65 million dollars. I dont know why people cant wrap there head around this. He would have accepted the NJ trade if not.

Knicks MIGHT have good series against Miami and Chicago with this new lineup if they can find some team chemistry by the time the playoffs roll around. They're gonna get smoked by teams with more depth at the big spots and they're STILL going to be a bad defensive team...those are two things you need to win a NBA championship.

Glad the drama is over until Dwight Howard's free agency comes up and every media outlet in the universe tries to blow it up into a massive story. I blame Lebron for all of this.

they have the same bench they have had all season....walker, williams, and douglas. Plus whatever players they use from Denver. IMO there bench got better.

They just need to find a starting Center. which is crucial

Bar none one of the most ignorant statements I've ever read. The Boston Celtics won a title and 66 regular season games in the 2008 season and did it with a good portion of the workload falling on the shoulders of role players.
