I want my lineup to look more official, so here it is.

    PG - '08 Chris Paul | '96 Penny Hardaway
    SG - '96 Mitch Richmond | '92 Clyde Drexler
    SF - '06 Paul Pierce | '05 Bruce Bowen
    PF - '97 Karl Malone | '06 Elton Brand
    C - '94 Hakeem Olajuwon | '97 Dikembe Mutombo

Not a judge but my picks are 1987_Lakers and iamgine. I just wanted to throw my 2 cents out there but it is not like it matters considering how I'm not a judge.

I'm actually considering starting Bowen over Richmond to guard MJ but I'm not sure. I suppose it is more about the minutes you play than about who starts. I'm also thinking about starting Drexler at SG/SF over Pierce.

I think the Pierce-Barkley/SF battle is going to be huge though. Neither have any chance guarding one another.

LBJ/Kobe/Durant are matchup nightmare, but I think I got the more balanced team. In terms of talent Bird & '03 McGrady are on the same level as LBJ/Kobe. I also think I got a better frontline in Walton & McHale. All due respect, Yao & Mourning isn't a scary frontline. This is a matchup where my last round selection Shawn Marion becomes valuable, he can guard LBJ/Kobe/Durant effectively.

Starting lineup will change for this matchup

    PG - CP3
    SG - Drexler
    SF - Bowen
    PF - Malone
    C - Olajuwon

    Bowen guards MJ
    Drexler guards Barkley
    Malone on Malone
    Olajuwon on Howard

    Paul guards Price obviously.

    My 2nd unit will be

    PG - Penny
    SG - Richmond
    SF - Pierce
    PF - Brand
    C - Mutombo

Edit - Nevermind, I would rather start Malone instead of Mutombo. Bowen and Drexler over Richmond and Pierce stands though. Sorry.

I'm going to change my starting lineup vs imagine if he keeps that lineup the same.

    PG - Payton
    SG - Pippen
    SF - Jones
    PF - Thurmond
    C - Kareem

    Bench

    PG - Porter
    SG - Robertson
    SF - Manu
    PF - Kemp
    C - Wallace

I think that's a better matchup for me, defensively at least. Jones and Pippen can guard both Wilkins and Rodman, and could even swing and guard Magic, for spells, too.

My bench also looks good, scoring wise and defensively too.

1987_Lakers wins - To be quite honest, Anti-Hero's front court is fairly mediocre considering the fact that it's an all time draft. Frazier is an all time great - top 30/40 in my book, but he's never guarded anyone close to LeBron's overall athleticism, size and skill and would likely get torched despite his accolades. That being said, Bird at this point is straight up better than KD, in fact I'd almost say Durant is potentially a poor fit because he doesn't provide much outside of scoring and in a set-up like this, you need guys who are multi-dimensional. and 03 McGrady can score with Bryant with having the athleticism to match up.

StateOfMind wins - To start, though Howard and Parish are both good anchors, Hakeem would just torch them on both ends (look what he did to better players in Robinson and Ewing). As far as the match ups of the Malones go, I'm someone who thinks that they're both overrated. Karl Malone was very dependent on Stockton which works in his favor with Chris Paul and that he's got guys who can space and work off the ball in Ritchmond and Bowen. That's going to help him as Hakeem can take it down low and dominate and I do think Bowen would do a good job on MJ.
With Moses Malone, I think he's better than Karl Malone, but Karl Malone might be the one guy with enough brute strength to keep him off the offensive glass. With MM's offensive boards, it's important to remember that a lot of them were self-rebounds that he did to get himself the ball back in a better spot and he was a huge black hole - who knows how that's going to fly with Barkley and Jordan. Price is a fantastic shooter but CP3 is an amazing (albeit, overrated defender). The key player for SuperPippen is Barkley as he absolutely destroys Drexler or whoever is guarding him and Jordan is of course, Jordan. However, in the end I think SoM's better front court and much better back court depth carries him over.

iamgine wins. Very close, but sometimes the NBA comes down to match ups - for instance, I would've had Legends's team beating StateofMind's team, but I might potentially have SoM's team beating iamgine (not saying for that one).

Their front courts are more or less a wash - Kareem skyhooks over Ewing all day but I think Robinson's speed and athleticism can't be matched by the more hulking Thurmond. But when talking about their backups, I think the combination of Unseld and Sampson just gives iamgine's team the overall edge. Great guard match ups, Scottie would hurt Wilkens and his willing passing would be perfect for a team with Kareem. Of course Magic is also a tremendous passer and I don't think Payton would be as great on him as he was on let's say Jordan because Magic is a playmaker and doesn't have the score first mentality that would be much more mitigated by Payton.

The defense between the back courts is crazy - Payton, Pippen, Moncrief, Cooper AND Robertson? This is going to come down to who can score down low and though of course Kareem will get his, ultimately the duo of Robinson and Ewing with Johnson's overall on court guiding pushes them to a slight win.

Would like the other judges call on this.

    Plus, I'm down already.
