i only fap 1-2 times a week as it is, after new years i'll try to go without it completely. but i still think limiting yourself to couple of times a week is best, still get to fap and don't get the negative effects that way (wasting time, desensitization to REAL sex and all the shyt this article is saying etc etc).

Quite the contrary, as when I'm with a girl in real life I have a raging hard on throughout.
