Been using that for the past year+. It was a bit strange at first, but I got used to it real fast, don't even notice it anymore.

Have it installed on every comp I use...and couldn't live without it. When I turn it off at night my screen just starts hurting my eyes and can't believe I hadn't been using it all along.

Only depressing thing about it is when you notice it dimming / turning red for a week in a row since you have been at your comp everyday at sundown and you think - damn I really need to get off my computer

For me its been only couple of months. I wish I had known about it long time ago though. Heaven for the eyes.

Yeah it really is. Supposedly also helps regulate your sleep cycle since the bright monitor simulates sunlight and thus your subconscious wants to stay awake.

Can't say it's really had an improvement in that aspect of my life, but you never know.

It's suppose to have a red-hint mimicking only slight light at night.
