the thunder have no low post scorer, are mediocre defensively, and have issues in crunch time

the clippers have two guys who can score

the spurs have nobody who can get his own shot whenever he wants

the celtics are straight awful offensively, as are the sixers

the lakers have nobody who can consistently get to the rim

the pacers have no go-to scorer

every team has a flaw, but somebody has to win

Try Ginobli, Parker, and somebody named Timmy can bust anyone on the block!

Chalmers is a PG that can't finish and penetrate.
You think Anthony and Haslem can play with Tim Duncan?
That being said. I don't see them even getting pass Boston this year..
It's one great player in Lebron, a diminishing All Star in Wade, and a underutilized giant small forward playing the four. They got no shot against any team that will be left in the final four.

if you think duncan can get a good shot whenever he wants, you are deluded

parker can get a decent look, and ginobili too, but not like kobe, bron, durant, etc. can

The Spurs lead the league in scoring because they play team basketball and lead the league in "great shots" Take that one on one crap and leave it on the playground. Ball movement and stars at every level.. Give the Spurs their due.. Heat are a flawed team that won't get past even Boston.

In my opinion, this is the first time that a LeBron led team is the best team in the league.

    2009 - Magic, Lakers, Celtics > LeBron's Cavs
    2010 - Lakers, Celtics > LeBron's Cavs
    2011 - Mavs > LeBron's Heat
    2012 - No one. Heat > all.

The only thing that can stop them is injuries.

They're very suspect inside. Everyone likes to hammer Miami for the Wade/LeBron angle, but the true weakness for the team is that they don't have a paint protector and rebounder.

It's a quintessential part of any winning team. Even the Bulls of the 90's had Cartwright and Longely. Neither were great, but Miami would kill to have a player like either of them.

They're super-stacked, have decent roleplayers and get tons of favoritism from the refs.

Anybody playing against them is playing uphill. It will take a team getting hot along with the mental collapse of the Heat (as happened last year) to beat them. As we saw with the Knicks, even a team that is very unlikely to beat the Heat is going to get kneecapped by the refs early on, to put them on notice how difficult it will be made on them if they keep it competitive.

They are, and will be for the foreseeable future, the favorites to win it all easily.

Heat can BEAT ANYBODY (as Long as Bosh Returns) if Lebron plays Like he has/is Capable of the Rest of the Playoffs..There Defense at Times can Absolutely Lock teams Down in Stretches and Wade and Especially Lebron can Just take over a Game in stretches on both ends of the floor that make up for any Deficiency the team may have. If Miller, Battier, Chalmers and Haslem make shots this team will win it all. The Spurs for example wont beat the Heat in a series in fact I look at it as the Cavs vs Spurs years ago when Duncan was in his Prime and Lebron was still a pup and Spurs were Too much for Cavs.. Now roles are Reversed as Lebron and Company are in there primes and the OLDER Spurs dont have the Young Legs and athletic ability to Deal with the Heat over course of a series.

Heat will struggle to beat the Celtics and will fall to anything coming from the west, unless somehow it's the clippers.
