    No, but few players are. He's a perennial all star, and one of the best players in the league at his position talent wise. That's more than good enough. Thus why in 2011 they were called the Big Three. No revisionist history here. He was a franchise guy in Toronto.

    Currently ? Yes, the Raptors are better than the Wolves.

    All-time ? Eh, not really worth a debate there. Both are bottom 5 of all-time.
