I think Pau Gasol would be the x factor for the Lakers. Ray Allen for Miami.

Not just Ray, the other 3PT shooters (Battier, Chalmers, Lewis if he can shot back, Miller, James Jones) will be important as well.

When did Dwight become Hakeem?

If LA doesn't prove it can hit 3s from multiple positions with consistency, Dwight won't have any room to operate anyway. That's the reason he could get going vs the Heat when on the Magic....he'd usually struggle until guys started bombing 3s then the D would loosen up a bit on him.

If you lose to Artest jump shots, tip your cap and move on to next year.

There is no doubt that shooters would have to shoot well. If they do Miami could be in a good shape in a possible series.

Rebounding would be a concern for Miami for sure. Gasol can get you 10 boards a game too along with dwight.

If the Lakers win, they'd win because of Dwight, not because of Kobe.

so could Bynum though, Miami still managed to out rebound LA and win games.

If you don't have shooters to stretch out the Heat defense, they'll just gang rebound.

Not to the extent dwight can as he is more consistent.

LA don't have a ton of shooters but enough options for it to not be an issue.

Bynum isnt half the rebounded that Dwight is.

Too many people looking at stats and aren't watching these guys actually play.

but they were also running a 4 out 1 in and had incredible spacing(plus they spammed p&r) Here he isn't going to have the spacing and will have to share with Pau(a better post player)

19 and 18 with Jameer.

Imagine what he'd do with Nash as his PG. And I'm not even talking about Kobe or Pau yet giving more scoring opportunities for D12. And against a Heat team with no center.
