Arrow Do you like Colangelo's aggressive approach?

or would you prefer he slow it down a little?

i used to believe that our plan was to grab some youth, develop, and make a run at an Eastern Conference title in 2010/2011, but now it's obvious that Colangelo wants to take a run at the celtics next season.

the problem is, i still think that the celts are easily the best team in the league and it'd be really tough to pass them in the standings...

was this the right time to make this move? should colangelo have been a little more patient with bargnani?

I think it's just a matter of Colangelo realizing Bargnani is not gonna cut it at centre as the rebounding just isn't there. The recent move doesn't neccessarily push Bargnani out of the picture. He can go back to the role he did well in 2 years ago and hopefully progress from there. Also, Bosh's contract nearing it's end will have had an effect on that.

I agree that the Celtics are still the cream of the crop currently but we'll have to wait until the offseason is over to analyze how Colangelo really builds this team. If he stands pat, I don't think we're top 3 in the East even.

If we sit back and wait we will lose Chris Bosh.

i love his aggressive approach.
he ain't messing around with this team.
he has managed this team way better than phoenix in his early years.
and look at how he has maintained our flexibility. Everyone is saying how it is only a 2 year experiment and if doesn't work out we can repair in 2010, but If it doesn't work out he can turn the whole thing around next year. JO will have a 23 mill expiring contract, that will be very appealing to a lot of teams.
