why wouldn't they trade at least one of their bigs? both are unrestricted FA at the end of the year and they aren't going to keep all of them next year with their young players wanting more time. i mean a pick or something. how dumb.

Probably because the right deal didnt come up. You dont deal just to deal. Its got to make sense for the team. Im sure they were shopped, but nothing worth it came up

The Jazz are always sensible. They never make a change unless they see a clear-cut reason for that change.
Id be hating too if i lived in Houston and was always the spurs/mavericks doormat. But back to the topic. Its beyond me why you dont make a trade on one of your expiring big man, for two reasons. So you can obviously give more PT to the two headed beast of Kanter/Favors and also so you can fortify your back court and not rely on Randy Foye being your starting 2. I wish the Jazz wouldve atleast traded for a draft pick and a reliable back up PG and maybe another shooter.
Jefferson is going to walk to this year and probably Millsap too, that leaves the Jazz with a lot of cap space but theyll sign who??? CP3? lololol. Were going to be using all this cap space to sign C list free agents to strengthen our mediocre team with no true direction because Corbin doesnt know how to manage a group of collective talent like George Carl.
Really frustrating being a Jazz fan this year but then again it always is.
Burks
Favours
Haywood
and maybe Kantar (ain't seen enough), all have massive upside and on top of that if they keep of of Milsap or Jefferson they have a top notch frontline. Utah is looking great going forward.

Really, man? Foye's a beast. Don't be hating on my main man.
We just need a point guard of the future, and it does seem to be hard to find a willing trade partner. The more I think about it the better the choice to stand pat was. So they'll walk at the end of the year. So what? That's cap space to be used to re-sign our talented young guns. Corbin's done a great job developing our talent and not just throwing them out there. Dennis Lindsey's a man with a plan.

There's really no argument. They should have looked to trade for someone.
