Some people just can't go off of anything other than stats... typical.

Because LeBron's a team player and has trust in his teammates, unlike your precious Kobe. Kobe was a baller but god damn was he was one selfish mother****er at times

And don't forget that right before Kyrie's 3, LeBron had arguably the clutchest block of all time. Don't even give me the shit that Kyrie was the most important player in the 2016 finals either, just because of his clutch 3. It was clearly LeBron, the FMVP

Most people that (properly) think Kyrie is one of the top 5 or so players any team should want for this season also believe LeBron is the #1 player any team should want for this season. Any Kyrie fan that thinks he's better right now then LeBron is in a tiny minority. Any fan of the NBA that thinks Kobe's career was anywhere near as good as LeBron's is also in a tiny minority full of idiots.

1. LeBron is the best player in NBA now.
2. The only post MJ player that has a good case to be considered better than LeBron is Shaq. Duncan and Kobe have no case, though Duncan was better than Kobe.
3. Having Wade and then Kyrie as elite sidekicks doesn't take anything away from LeBron. No one can win on their own and LeBron fans don't need to disparage Wade or Kyrie to prove LeBron is great. And pointing out that Wade in Miami and Kyrie in Cleveland were amazing sidekicks doesn't take any shine off LeBron.
4. LeBron's meltdown vs Dallas was awful, and that along with some other mental collapses is keeping him out of the GOAT discussion and out of some respectable top 5 of all time lists, but it isn't dropping him to the Kobe tier for any sensible mind. LeBron fans need to accept that thus far into his career, he hasn't had the mentality of the greatest of the greats. Kobe fans need to accept that he was mentally weak as well.
5. Kyrie is arguably the 3rd best asset for 2017. He is a better playoff asset than Curry and probably a better playoff asset than Harden or Kawhi and certainly as of this moment a better playoff asset than Giannis.

All these views need to be held at the same time or some close approximation of these views. Or you are just a moron or a troll that knows better.

in terms of quality of skills. Kyrie is more valuable. Theres a reason why hes the crunchtime scorer in cleveland aka the 1st option.

More valuable than LeBron in terms of "quality of skills?" You are insane. Or more likely just trolling. Now as far as the MVP voting might go, team record plays a big part to some voters so Kyrie might finish ahead of LeBron due to that, but 100 percent of the voters who vote for Kyrie over LeBron will say LeBron has better and more important skills.
