Mayweather will never touch this legacy. Nobody will.

"It'll be a killer, and a chiller, and a thriller, when I get the gorilla in Manila."

"Hes too ugly to be the world champ. The world champ should be pretty, like me."

"Im young, Im handsome, Im fast, Im pretty and cant possibly be beat."

"No. I will not go ten thousand miles from here, to help murder and kill another poor people simply to continue the domination of white slave masters over the dark people."

"Im am bigger than boxing. I am bigger than all the champions put together. Im bigger than the Superbowl, the Rose Bowl, the Kentucky Derby, when I go the World truly listens."

Boxers from smaller weight classes don't even count. Saying a middleweight is the best is like saying a woman boxer is the best. I don't care how how great you are in your inferior division.

    Great logic.

Wilt > Jordan it's finally settled.

    William Perry > Walter Payton

These sports don't have weight classes.

Use you're common sense. Anyone who claims a middleweight fighter is the best ever is just wrong. It's the same argument as saying a woman is the best just because she dominates weak competition.

What are you talking about?? Some of the most talented boxers fought in the lighter divisions. SRR was a beast. He was a legendary fighter at 147 to 160, and he almost beat the Light Heavyweight champion despite being way past his prime.

Most ATG boxers fought in lighter divisions.

Using your logic, a bum like Samuel Peter > Sugar Ray Robinson

That is a terrible counter argument. Jordan and Payton both proved to be better at their particular sport. A sport without weight classes

The only thing stopping a heavyweight from beating a lightweight is that they are prevented from fighting because it wouldnt be fair.

If you want to argue lower weight classes can be more skillful, than I agree 100%

No way are they better fighters or would they ever beat a heavyweight in a match

He never said that. he is saying that the all time best heavyweight would beat the all time best at any weight divison.

Do you really believe Sugar Ray Robinson could beat Ali? Or even Fraser, Foreman, Joe Lewis, Lennox Lewis, Tyson, etc?
