Think so.

Last year Scott Brooks (!!!) outcoached Poppovich too. I'm beginning to think Pop may be just a little bit overrated... or just plain old and losing his coaching touch.

You can't win all the battles. He's a great coach but he's not undefeatable either. Either way this Spurs team us old what did you expect? They are over clocking as it is..

Yes, playing small ball vs GS is insane. Pop, play tall ball like in game 3 please - 2 of your best 7 players are rotting on the bench (Splitter - 18 mins, Diaw - 12 mins) while Duncan gets exhausted (43 min at 37 years of age).

Tall ball = more rebounding, screens to get better open looks, better players on the court (no more Bonner, less Neal), less wear and tear on TD.

To me it looks the opposite, Popovich by a mile.

Jackson didn't helped Jack hit those clutch shots.

Curry, Thompson, and Barnes are just having historic games for themselves.

Wouldn't really call it "out coaching."

Yup, but Jackson was the one who inserted Jack into the lineup and drew up the plays that allowed Jack to hit those clutch shots.

I still do not get why Pop doesn't put Duncan-Splitter duo on the floor at the same time with a large number of minutes.

And I'm sure that coaching had absolutely nothing to do with this.

Not really. But Mark is a decent coach.
He's another proof that great PGs tend to make decent coaches (except if you have AIDS then you're horrible).

Yeah, he out-coached him by throwing away game 1, and letting Bogut ride the bench while Timmy had the flu. Dat coaching..
