What happened with LeBron's elbow in 2010?

A lot of you may know I am a Bigtime Pelicans fan but also a longtime fan of the Cavaliers as well.

Something that has been bothering us Cleveland fans for some time now is that in the 2010 playoffs after LeBron was eliminated by a Jameer Nelsonless Magic team in the previous playoff we had huge expectations. We were really thinking this is our year and that LeBron has gotten all the jitters out of his system in the previous few playoff performances. When we faced Boston we thought that these old colluders were going to get dismantled by The Chosen one who was in his prime at the time.

X-rays and an MRI taken on Monday showed no obvious structural damage, but clearly something is wrong with James' elbow, which he has covered recently with a padded, protective sleeve. There is a chance James will get a second MRI this week, according to the Plain Dealer.
