Amazing team. Amazing how much better international competition is now.
The Spain team they played in the final had 7 NBA players. Even teams like Australia now have 6 or 7 NBA players.
USA really needs to send more cohesive teams unlike this years team. Really is important now particularly with talent all over the world popping up. Participation rates are up worldwide. Talent is everywhere.

Australia isn't better than 2008 and 2012 Spain. Or like 2002 - 2008 Argentina. Or the vast majority of any team Lithuania always sends.
International ball hasn't gotten better. We fielded a poor team at the last minute, who are also playing a poor brand of international style of basketball.
Just 2 summers ago we were murdering.
Canada and Australia got better while Argentina and Spain have gotten much worse with their golden era of players slowing down.
