I hardly drink pop (soda) anymore. It's all water, fruit juices and milk for me.
I love drinking Cranberry juice (not sugar free) mixed with a bit of lemonade. Sometimes when I workout or go to basketball training, I'll have a small bottle of about 1/3 Cranberry juice and 2/3 water along with a 2 litre bottle of water.
I try not to drink to many energy drinks, but I do enjoy monsters.
OMG - when I quit drinking (alcohol) last year, I became completely addicted to the green Monsters!!!! I was drinking about 6 a day and only sleeping like 3 hours a night!!! Now I have one maybe 3-4 times a month......but they are SOOOO good!!!
