Default ATL Hawks #3 pick in draft

There has been a steady progression of skills and talent from China, and it looks like Yi JianLian is the real deal. As a native Atlantan, and a bruised and battered Hawks fan, I will be very upset if Atlanta doesn't go with Yi. What are the chances we'll go with someone else?

im thinking they're considering al hartford more than anyone then conley/law/crittenton and maybe yi. they need a PF/C and a PG and they might not even need a Pg because they can move joe johnson there

They have Josh Smith, Josh Childress, Marvin Williams, and Sheldon Williams that they drafted very high in recent drafts at forward. I was not on the Conley pick at first, but considering how badly they need him and the fact that Lenny Wilkins came out an said they would not be draft for the best player available this year leads me to believe that they are going for a PG or a C. With no centers worthy of the 3rd pick, I think they go with Conley. I think there might be an outside chance they take Noah as an athletic, active big man that they could play at C and go with a fast team, and hope that Conley falls. I think the safer choice is to go with Conley at 3 and hope that Noah or Hawes is still on the board.
