Default Westbrook & Rip for Collison and Boozer

This is a 12 team points league where everything is worth 1pt and ast are worth 2.

I would be getting the Collison side of the deal. Do you think its worth the wait on Boozer or will Westbrook far outplay Collison?

My Team:

G - Mo Williams
G - Westbrook
G - Holliday
G - S. Jackson
F - Melo
F - Gasol
F - Turkoglu
F - Brand
C - Cousins
Flex - Rip
Bench - Lawson
Bench - Verejao
Bench - Splitter

I would take Collison and Boozer. I think you have enough talent to manage until Bozzer gets healthy. Westbrook will have a better year than Collison but Collison will put up good numbers, I just think Boozer will have a much better year once healthy than Rip will.

I'd rather have Westbrook. He's going to breakout (again...) into a Top Fantasy PG!

I would go with Collison and Boozer. Boozer is too much value to pass up, and I think Collison and Westbrook will be close in value. Rip is not that useful in most leagues although I have never played a point system.

Collison (37 games starting when CP3 was injured):
18.8 ppg, 3.5 reb, 9.1 assists, 48% FG, 85% FT, 1 three, 1.5 steals, 4.1 TO

Westbrook (2009-10):
16.1 ppg, 4.9 reb, 8.0 assists, 42% FG, 78% FT, 0.3 three, 1.3 steals, 3.3 TO

I doubt Collison puts up numbers that impressive this year, since part of it was probably NO's system. However, I wouldn't be surprised to see him put up 16/4/7 with fewer TO's.

The ironic thing that people forget is that both players are from UCLA, and Collison was regarded as a better prospect out of high school than Westbrook, but dropped in scouting because Westbrook is bigger and more athletic (although Collison is more skilled).
