    Default Fundamentals

I'm at the age now, 26, and battling injury, where I admit, It's going to by hard to get any better athletically.
That's why I'm here, I want to try and improve my game with knowledge and fundamentals. I often find myself not receiving the ball, and I believe it's probably because I'm out of position.

Has anyone got any little fundamental type drills as such that I could do on my own to improve, even if just a little?
Or a good youtube video with knowledge on where/how to cut or movement on the court?

1st thing first. If you battling injury you need to rest. Don't know what kind of injury you have but. You're not going to get any better practicing/playing injured. Especially if its a debilitating one such as knees and ankles.

Also let us know your size and weight, and what you excel at on the court.

Ex: Post up, midrange, 3 ball ect...

Once i get that info I'll be glad to help out.
