Does anybody know why Al McCoy only does radio announcing these days. I can't stand Tom Leander. He's an idiot.

Al McCoy is the true voice of the Suns, and it's a shame that he has been replaced by the not talented Tom Leander.

Tom Leander put his time in, he used to do the pre and post game shows then started doing the commentating plus he's young and can stick around awhile. McCoy is getting old and Cotton well he's dead god rest his soul. but im with you McCoy and Cotton are the voices of the suns. but its time to move on I guess. I don't really like tom either but..... someone in the organization does.

Yeah, I remember him doing the post/pre-game crap, and I was alright with that, cause that meant I only had to hear him for 30 mins a night. I think he tries to hard. He reminds me of the not so cool kid in school that will do or say anything to fit in......or am I thinking of myself?

Anytime Leander says the word "percalate", I mute the TV and turn on trusty ol' Al for some quality commentary.
