Felton, Okafor, May, and Morrison all did the intro to Eminem's "8 Mile". I think Felton said "if you had one shot" and Okafor said "one opportunity" and Morrison said "To seize everything you ever wanted" and May said "This opportunity comes once in a lifetime"
They were all just so serious, I thought it was cool. They are tv naturals.
Yeah, I watched most of the game last night and they looked good, they had their times when they got a little sloppy, but a lot of went to some bad, bad calls that went in Miami's favor. The camera kept switching to Bernie and he was furious. Cats really couldn't catch a break.
Matt Carroll had another great game. It might have been closer if he hadn't had his foot on the line so much. There were probably about 5 shots he made that were from the 3-point area that were counted as 2's because his foot was on the line. Still, he's a great scoring spark off the bench for us.
Many of the referree calls were obviously biased, as has happened so often since the Cats' first season. I don't see how the referees can get away with such obvious bias and certainly Bickerstaff has been angry/frustrated too often to count. Much too often games are decided by the refs calls and not by the team play. I bet that lots of folks have been turned off about professional sports for that very reason.
I thought that the Cats played pretty well against Miami. I saw some of the 2nd and most of the 2nd half and was impressed with their play.
Too bad that you missed watching the game against the Spurs. Aside from awesome play, you should have seen the look on Duncan's face when Mek blocked a shot right in Duncan's face. That was pretty!
