American tax system is based on a voluntary system. If you want to pay more taxes and help the economy (lulz) then go ahead.

You have to give incentive for those to open their own businesses, while at the same time providing relief for the middle class.

Would you lower your prices if there was a business competing with you that didn't change their prices? I don't think you would. Also, it's total bull that companies will lay off workers. Companies will hire anyone they can make money off of. If they can make money off of your labor you will have a job.

What's wrong with being rich? In this country if you work hard and are smart you can become rich. In many many other places that's not possible. The opportunities that this country gives is amazing. So sad that so many people in America don't take advantage of these things. Now they are lazy and want hand outs. So sad. Rich people give you jobs. Without rich people we would all be poor period.

Trust me there are just as many rich democrats as there are republicans. Top2 contributors to Obama's 2012 campaign were the lawyers guild and the pharmaceutical industry. Have a feeling those two organizations didn't vote republican.

The amount of money spent to re-elect Obama was obscene, yet all you heard from the mainstream media was how Romney was the candidate for the rich.

tbf, Obama did change election funding with his tactic of going for such small donations from lower and middle class folk. This was a huge contribution to his campaign as well.

No, he won't. He will keep employees if demand for his products are there. His personal income being a little less has nothing to do with business expenses (which are all tax-deductible).
