I know it's a bait thread, but I felt pretty good that James has lived up to his expectations. He took a broke down team and in 2-3 years he takes them to the playoffs and the finals basically on his back. I hope they can build a team around him in the next year or 2 so he doesn't get disgruntled and move somewhere else. :\
