Thrumond and Reggie Miller would be the next two for me, then we get into the complimentary players like Jones, Greer, Cunningham etc.

Billy was All NBA 1st team like 4 times and won a MVP Award (in the NBA but still ...) he was more of a complimentary player. Early on his was.

Wait what? Is RG seriously defending/voting for McGrady?
Ray Allen gets my vote here.

Is the second round impressive now?
Tmac at his best was playing with Pat Garrity, old Kemp, old Armstrong, like 20 games of Gordon Giricek and some people not worth typing the names of.
If he were drafted onto a team that already won multiple rings like some of the guys already in...he isnt a loser.
A lot more has to be considered.
So you think McGrady deserves to be ranked ahead of Sam Jones on a list of the all-time greats?

Re: #53 NBA Player Of All-Time According to InsideHoops
Allen over Tmac makes no sense at all, none.
What is the argument? Besides the fact that he played on better teams for pretty much his entire career? He really wasn't any better of a playoff performer, he was probably worse.

Tmac was certainly the better individual talent, but Ray has obviously had the better career and I'm not even talking about playing on better teams or playoff success. He's pretty much been all-star caliber for 15-16 years. It comes down to the peak vs longevity argument. Tmac has a very short( albeit high-level) from 2001-2005. That's not enough for me to rank him over Ray.

lol at Ray and Reggie being voted before Kevin Durant. KD was better than those two ever were. Who cares about longevity? Both of them were pseudo-superstars while KD was a legit superstar and the 2nd best player in the league.

He's only been a "legit" superstad for like a 1 & 1/2.
Since when does 2 good years get you consideration for the top 50 GOATS?
No question by the time his career is over he'll most likely be a top 20 GOAT or even higher, however we can't just vote based off a few good/great years.

man i really think you hate ray allen dude...so by your logic lets put k.d ahead of your boy pierce since pierce has never been the second best player in the league
as for t-mac...absolutely love the guy but his peak was just too short...in terms of talent and productivity in his peak hes better then half the players on this list...if you wanna put him in on that then hell we should have voted him in right after iverson
