Jay-Z did a track with Silkk the Shocker in 99 because No Limit was hot, I bet he wouldn't do a track with him now ...

He didn't steal Eminem's lines. He usde them to open up the song, the 2 lines he stole aren't even the nicest lines or one of the better lines from the track. They were just a nice introduction. Let me look throug my catalogue and I'll show you a line Eminem stole from Jay.

Where else did he steal? Haters say Jay is a biter and all they bring up is Eminem's lines...what else?

Jay Z is a "notorious" biter. He bit a line from his own epically pwned diss track. But of course, this is Jay Z we're talking about. He doesn't do that. He only bites lines to pay tribute to the rappers he borrows from. That or he's overrated and unoriginal.

Eminem from the track "Business" on Eminem Show

"Can't leave rap alone the game needs me"

Another thing, every rap artist does this. In the case of Jay, Nas, Eminem, when they do this they are just bigging up the other artist.

HOW IS THIS BITING?? LOL The lines share only one word "fellas", Nas' line is only 6 words long while Jay used 2 lines

You're the biggest Jay hater on this site, please just gtfo. You probably only listen to his singles anyways and I guarantee you didn't ever listen to one full album of his. You are a certified goon when it comes to anything Jay-Z related.

I'd rather be rich and called a sell out than living with my mom poor and critically acclaimed by a few.

How is it biting? Coming from the most elitist hip hop snob on the board, wouldn't you know? Listen to both songs. It's obvious the lines were delivered in the same fashion with the same intention. Jay just changed it around a little because his biting is ever so evident these days. When I listened to Run this town it was evident where he jacked it from.

As far as your dumb ass assuming who listens to what, you're wrong again unenlightened one. I listened to the entire Blueprint album. That "you only listen to singles" line is tired bro. Give it a rest. Put it to sleep. Stop faking the funk with your "musical knowledge". Like you know something everyone else doesn't.

You think he seriously sold out completely? All he did was dumb down and this is obvious to even the biggest Jay-Z fans. I know that Reasonable Doubt and Volume 1 are more lyrical than Volume 2 and Volume 3, but so what? He dumbed down yet is still lyrically better than 90% of the rappers out there.

You're all acting like he starting using autotune, created dances and made ringtone songs
