Thumbs up The Jack Armstrong Unintentional Comedy Appreciation Thread

Perhaps a bit of levity is in order after this tough year for us fans....

Anyone else love Jack Armstrong's unintentional comedy throughout Raps games? I know Valliant is a fan. Anyhoo, here are a few of my favourites from tonight's game (I'm stealing one from you here Valliant):

Jack on Bargnani: "It is so nice to see a young man develop before your eyes."

Jack on Nocioni: "Nocioni playing like he's on a little Timmy-Timmy"

Jack on Bargnani, again: "He might be gettin a Jackie"

Not really unintentional comedy, but I love when they come back from commercial and they show the cheerleaders and he lets out his "HELLLOOO!"

He's such a creepy old man sometimes.

When I'm 112 years old, I hope to be an old horn-dog just like Jack.

@Chamberlain: good to know I'm not the only 20 year old to have those.

It was hilarious. "She has some beautiful blue eyes. mmmm"

and also his classic game phrases like when Moon blocked that shot "get that weak perimeter gawbage outta here, and let go of my jersey."

Jack's commentary is about the only thing I have left to smile and laugh about for this basketball season.

He's also an awesome guy off the court. I was doing a basketball camp for underpriveldged youth in Oshawa and had a friend at Sportsnet. Jack got wind of the camp and insisted that he come down and help out one of the days. He drove from Buffalo to Oshawa to do it. He was awesome with the kids, showed them how to do a proper pick-and-roll. He never asked for a penny, never asked for thanks, just loved giving back to kids and the sport. Just a quality human being.
