Q's Prediction: Clippers Win 101-95

Q's Prediction Record: 2-0

Q's Quote:

I know I predicted they would lose earlier, but with how they have been playing and the Bulls always starting the season very slow, I can see our Clippers going and beating Chicago in Chicago. Will it happen? Who knows, but it's greatly possible. Kaman needs to pound the boards again and I hope Ruben starts to just harass Deng/Gordon/Hinrich and even Ty Thomas. Timmy and Mobley need to come up big behind the arc once again, which I think they will. Let's go Clippers!

Maggette always plays good when he returns to Chicago which isn't far from Melrose Park. We need Kaman to pound the Bulls on the inside and Tim Thomas to keep hitting from downtown. I also see alot of Mobley taking Gordon in the post in this game

Dang! Tim Thomas looks GOOD! His defense isn't bad, and he's stepping out and hitting threes at good points in the offense. He's figured it out so it fits and isn't being forced anymore. Plus, he's doing a great job of looking in or over to Kaman when he has it. He has at least 2 assists to Kaman alone and it's only the 1st quarter. He's really hitting the boards hard too. I mean it. He's using his strength and really giving Big Ben and Tyrus Thomas a fight. He hasn't usually been referred to as a good rebounder, but he's doing well thus far.

The Bulls announcers are talking about how Thomas and Mobley on the court together gives the team a whole new threat. They're saying that Mobley and Thomas are quick enough for their positions that the other guys man has to help, and they just kick it to each other for a three. It's working.

I was originally opposed to Thomas starting because I thought he'd be better off the bench, but I was wrong. He looks really good so far.

The Cat is really on the prowl in this game. Time-out with 8:37 left, Clippers lead 37-31.

Thomas and Thornton really playing well for LAC as well.

97-91 victory and I am enjoying this 3-0 start while it lasts. Mobley gets the game ball no doubt about that, Kaman and Maggette each get the second prize which is a game...errm towel? Indiana next stop for a showdown of two undefeateds.

Let's go Clippers, let's go!!!!
