I don't think we can get the worst record, but within a week or two we'll be third worst in the league. Right now, worst case scenario is 9th pick (if 3 teams jump ahead). IF we get down to third worst pick, worst case is 6th.

I was just thinking the same thing. In order to fully take advantage of this opportunity they might want to reinstate kobe, a known cancer and team chemistry killer. A tanking opportunity like this doesnt come around every year so I wish the lakers and the city of los angeles the best.

I think once Milwaukee goes on their 1972 Lakers-esque winning streak and snags a top 3 seed, it'll open the door for teams like the Lakers, Jazz, and Celtics to really push for that worst record. Chin up Laker fans

We don't. He and Kobe didn't get along, he'd be doing nothing this season and would only be with the Lakers for the money. It's better we get someone who wants to play for the team through the draft and Dwight can be happy in Houston.
