Shaquille Nowitzki vs Lebron Durant

I don't think it's as obvious as it seems. Just think of a near 7 foot tall Lebron with a 7'5" wingspan, Durant's shooting ability and overall scoring repertoire, while maintaining Lebron's passing ability/court vision and without compromising his 44 inch vert, athleticism, etc.

Shaq/Dirk would be a monstrous individual, but I think Lebron's team oriented game with Durant's individual strengths would be ridiculous as well.

Basically LeBron/Durant is Durant+30 pounds of muscle with better passing and slightly better athleticism/defense. It's an upgrade sure, but it's not like it's a massive upgrade. It's not like he's going to become a completely different player.

Now if you talk about as a team? I think LeBron and Durant on a team would be better than Shaq and Dirk on a team. LeBron and Durant would be otherwordly watching, those 2 alone would win 70 games with scrubs

No. Dirk is terrible at 2 things. Low post offense against bigger players, he's perimeter oriented postgame, and defense. Hakeem literally gives him GOAT level of both things.

Yao James might have a case over Shaq Nowitzki. Yao gave Shaq problems as it was, but Yao with Lebron's athleticism, INSANE durability, 3pt shooting, court vision, and passing ability combined with Yao's 5" advantage on Shaq

7'6" + LeBron's passing ability + LeBron's strength = unfair
