Gasol has no business even being considered this high. Rodman is a once in a lifetime player, not many guys like him in the history of the game. Yhough this spot is way too high for him also.
There are many Pau Gasol type players from championship teams. From your Baily Howells and Rasheed Wallace's to non title players like Tom Chambers and Shawn Kemps.
Not to mention the big dos like McHale, Worthy who haven't even been voted in yet.

I'm just looking for consistency here, if Rodman's votes count then so should Gasol. Take away both or count both.

Gasol is being omitted because the OP is a Kobe balllicker that is a self-admitted 17 year old, yet puts 32 as his age on his profile to try and make himself seem more credible. In other words he doesn't know anything about the game of basketball and has probably never even played it.
Gasol is an all-time great on par with many others. Perenniell all-star player that is an international ambassador to the game. Led a team to a title while making All-NBA teams. Gasol is a guy that will certainly be remembered for years to come.
"Baily Howell" and "Rasheed Wallace" were never guys that were best players on championship teams. Gasols 2010 playoff run goes way underrated and most people give Kobe sole credit because the media brainwashes them to do so. Listen to someone that actually understands the game and they'll tell you Gasol dominated the 2010 NBA Finals.

Good lucks WockaVodka, this 17 year olds agenda is just too obvious.
Lakers don't get any better replacing Gasol with Rodman on the 2010 Lakers, yet put Gasol on the 90s Bulls and they become infinity times better.

How come this dominant Pau Gasol has never received a single MVP vote in his career?

Why does it matter? What does MVP voting have to do with who is the greatest players ever? I doubt Rodman ever got a vote and if he did that doesn't make him better, it means he got an MVP vote.

Rodman did, he's also led the league in rebounding 7 times, and was close to winning multiple DPOYs.

And?
He never won any DPOYs. And he was never as huge on a championship team as Gasol was in 2009 and 2010.
Count both or don't count them at all.

Steve Nash has twice as many MVPs as Koe does.
You really want to argue about MVP voting? Guess Steve Nash > Kobe to you if THATS your criteria.

Kobe's been top 5 in MVP voting 10 times, only Jordan, Kareem, and Wilt have as much.
Pau has never got a single vote, not talking about winning it, talking about at least getting a vote.

You think Pau Gasol was the best player on the 2010 Lakers. Enough said

The point still stands that if you replace Rodman with Gasol, the Lakers don't do shit in 2009 or 2010. So if you count Rodman, count Gasol. It's not like he voted Ron Artest or something.

Why did Pippen get over the likes of Barry, and a bunch of other great 1st options? Pippen could not lead a team to a championship, yet Barry did. But voters voted in Pippen before Barry.
