I think he deserve to play in the ALL STAR Game because he is having his best individual season while playing for the Charlotte Bobcats. Wallace is a monsters this season leading the up and coming Bobcats in some games in the regular season, but still remain effective as one of the best defender in the Eastern Conference.
Since being traded to the Bobcats he not only prove that he is just better in dunking, but every year his numbers improve, and i think G-Money is one of the most underrated player in the NBA right now due to the fact that he is playing for the Charlotte Bobcats....
I hope the eastern conference coaches would voted him as a reserve because he is one of those guys that can make the all star game a very exciting game to entertain us fans.
Butler, Bosh, Jamison, Jefferson and Pierce are all ahead of him as reserve forwards in the East. Him and Pierce could be a tossup but you know the coaches will take Pierce over him if that is the choice.
i dont think anyone would complain if he was voted in, but the fact remains he wont be.
Co-signed. Dudes gone single handedly from a nobody on the Kings bench to argubly the Bobcats franchise player since their expansion season. He is a monster defensive player and is putting up the points as well. Filling the stat sheet up as many say.
Unfortunately I agree, he won't be voted in until Bobcats become a legit playoff contender. Pierce, Butler, Jamison, Bosh like the guy above said have the upper hand in that department.
How does him making make sense when there are at least 4 other reserve forwards that deserve to be in ahead of him?
There's not enough room for every good player and Wallace doesn't beat out Bosh, Butler, Jamison or Jefferson. Pierce will be taken ahead of him as well.
I like Butler, Bosh, Jamison... Jefferson? I don't like his game whatsoever. Gerald does everything. He doesn't only score. That's why he should be taken ahead of Jefferson. Pierce also deserves it. But, Bosh is a PF so he kinda isn't really a threat to Gerald.
