Ph.D./Au.D. dual degree, I'm working alongside ENTs for contract service work. (1099). I will most likely be hiring a ENT/near retiring ENT for consult work.

But here is my quotation i received and proceeded with:

Moving to the coast somewhere between Sept 2 to 5th, depends when I get back from my vacation in SoCal.

Have a condo ready and will start my home search as I've been approved for a USDA guaranteed loan.

In two weeks i'll be returning from Cali vacation to move to my new clinic on the coast. Wish me luck boys, biggest 6-figure endeavor i've made.

I read something on facebook today that motivated me:

"Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will. Don't doubt yourself."

I am doing contract service for balance patients for ENTs. the ENT uses me as a contractor to do the diagnosis, his/her hospital bills my CPT codes with medicare a entity, they rake in 20% of reimbursement, i take in 80%.

Their clinic also gets to do a secondary office visit to go over my results.

Per patient i bill out 2100 in work, I get back close to 1400 and the ENT office keeps 280 of that plus another office visit worth of billing.

I estimate i can do roughly 80 patients per month as my appointments are roughly two hours of testing. Equates to quite a bit of revenue for ENTs to get paid for testing they would otherwise refer elsewhere for. Now they can even go to their hospital for money to give me as we are now a "total care" facility offering my expertise to their patients.

80,000/month minus costs, writeoffs etc will prob amount to 55k net monthly outside of my salary.
You get 55K a month to yourself? Props man, I hope it all works out well for you!

If you can make 55K a month, you'll only need to work for like 10-15 years before you can retire and live like a king (traveling, drug binge, hookers) Keep it up and retire young. That's gotta be the happiest feeling. Nobody wants to work till 60-70 but living here in 'murica it's almost a necessity.
