I don't think any of the 3 are nba point gaurds- for seniors they are a notch behind imo from collison and lawson

I am interested in pg's who could be taken in the early 2nd for nuggets w okc or lac 2nd rd picks- who do you like as pgs who could be there or maybe late 1st trade up?

How good is maynor? I've not seen him play

As far as pargo that is a weird case of kind of prob had just as good a chance 2 years ago as now- one of the teams best players and the pg for 4 years- when he leaves next year gonzaga will have the best set of gaurds in the country- matt bouldin and steven gray will both be 1st rd picks down the road and will be unbelievable in college bball

I would say Pargo then Price then Fields. I don't, however think any of them will be long term NBA players. However, a lot of people seem to love Pargo so maybe I am missing something and he sticks around for a while.

Gringos, there are going to be a ton of PG around for those teams. Maynor is a really talented player. More of a scorer, but I think he will play a lot of years as a backup PG. One of my favorite college players and a guy that an NBA team will love I think.

There are way to many guys to go into depth, but just a quick list of guys you may not know about to look out for as the Tournament nears (in random order):
Nick Calathes-Florida
Manny Harris (Combo-guard)-Michigan
Chris Wright-Georgetown
E'twaun Moore-Purdue
Kalin Lucas-Michigan State
Greivis Vazquez-Maryland
Deonta Vaughn-Cincinatti
Nic Wise-Arizona
Jerome Randle-California
Daniel Hackett (CG)-USC
Sherron Collins-Kansas
Curtis Jerrells-Baylor
Tyrese Rice-Boston College
Jerel McNeal-Marquette
Ben Woodside-North Dakota State

I think all of these guys would have a shot at getting picked in the 2nd round if they entered this year. Most of them probably won't come out for a year or two, but they are worth watching anyway.

Good list, thanks-I like the possibility of manny harris around early second

Also like hacket of sc, but hate his attitude- vasquez was an absolute stud against nc- was wondering about him as a pg, he can score and shoot, but is imo a point gaurd

Manny harris maybe follows lester hudson as my hopeful nugget picks

I actually think Fields is the least likely pro. His body won't hold up over the longer pro season, and he'll be a bigger defensive liability. He'll have a harder time breaking guys down with the ball too. And while he's a clutch shooter, he's not an especially good one.

Price I think will find a way to stick because I think he can shoot it enough. And Pargo's got at least a pro body.

Fields however is my favorite if I'm putting together a college roster.

AJ Price could be a Eddie House type. Undersized, good 3-point shooter, AJ has an outstanding midrange game and is a good scorer when he needs to be(@Marquette and Villanova). Before he tore his knee, he was giving UConn 15/4/6 consistently per game. He puts up about 13/3/4 consistently this year.
I think all he needs is a NCAA Championship to get all of his confidence back.
