Shaq said he is around 11-12%. I think more around 16-17%.

Suns medical staff said he's at 12% this year. For Dwight to be as dominant as Shaq, he needs a certain thing called skill. Doesn't matter if you're a freak of nature, you need to be able to shoot, move with your feet, etc. Dwight is learning tho, but nowhere near as polished as he needs to be. I'll tell you one thing from experience. I've been at < 7% BF before and I've learned that my max baskeball performance is better when I've got a bit of gordo on me say around 10%. Not sure behind scientific explanation but rdiiculously low BF is only good for aesthetics.

Throughout most of his career he's been at the 10-13% mark. That's not a lot, considering the average is 14% for males.

Yeah Shaq is taller than Dwight and has much better footwork. I also think people forget that Shaq was just as athletic as Dwight if not more gifted back in the day..
Shaq is no way 12%, you cant really see any definition, I'd say around 16% as opposed to dwight/lebrons 7/8%.Last edited by wozzler; 03-03-2009 at 04:16 AM.
